Adria Lemmon, M.Ed. '26
Biography
Adria Lemmon serves as a Discovery Officer in 国产伦理's Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. In her role, she works closely with alumni and friends of the university to understand their interests, values and philanthropic goals, helping them identify meaningful opportunities to support 国产伦理's students, programs and future priorities.
Before joining the Discovery team, Adria served as a graduate assistant for the 国产伦理 Engagement Center, where she supervised student engagement officers, developed alumni outreach initiatives and helped educate students about the impact of philanthropy. She also gained fundraising and donor engagement experience through her work with the Delta Zeta Foundation, further strengthening her commitment to relationship-driven philanthropy and constituent engagement.
Adria earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashland University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from 国产伦理. Her academic background and professional experiences have shaped her interest in understanding people, building meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for engagement that are both purposeful and personal.
Adria is someone who loves learning, connecting with others, and embracing new opportunities for growth. She enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds, hearing their stories, and gaining insight from their experiences. Having earned degrees in both psychology and higher education, she is fascinated by what motivates people, how relationships are formed and the experiences that influence the paths we choose. Whether engaging in a meaningful conversation, exploring a new interest or taking on a new challenge, Adria is driven by a desire to better understand the world around her. She believes some of life's most valuable lessons come from the people we meet along the way and strives to approach each relationship with authenticity, empathy and an open mind.
