Kathleen Swoboda, MLS, OTR/L is the full-time faculty member and academic program director in the OCAT program for ¹ú²úÂ×Àí Ashtabula and ¹ú²úÂ×Àí East Liverpool. She earned a Master's of Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling from ¹ú²úÂ×Àí and a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in Occupational Therapy. Ms. Swoboda received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology from ¹ú²úÂ×Àí.
