Biography
I am the Interim Dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Services and Professor of Social Studies Education and Teacher Education. Before becoming Interim Dean, I served as the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education and Student Services for ten years. I am committed to supporting student success, faculty excellence, and program innovation across our college and the university.
My research has been in teacher education, social studies education, teacher learning, and technology in teaching. I continue to be passionate about teaching and strengthening the study of one鈥檚 own practice through self-study research. In the last few years, I broadened my work with self-study from self-study of teacher education to self-study of professional practice.
