When a college or department identifies a need or desire for a new fund, a new spendable fund request form must be completed. 

Requirements to create a new spendable fund:

• $5,000 minimum is needed
• Reasonable assurance that this fund will continue receiving contributions in order to establish an ongoing purpose.
