The following are offered as guidelines to help you understand what is expected of you as ¹ú²úÂ×Àí undergraduate students. Following them will not guarantee success, but ignoring them could result in problems. The listing presented is not comprehensive, but it should present a clear idea of how students should conduct themselves at this University and in the diagnostic medical sonography program.

Students who leave or are not permitted to progress in the diagnostic medical sonography course sequence due to the academic standards policy have the right to request re-entry into the program. This may or may not be granted based on the condition of dismissal and the student’s current academic record.

2. It is the right of the students to have access to their educational records, and it is the duty of the University to limit access by others in accordance with existing guidelines and relevant laws.
3. Student records, with certain exceptions, will not be released without prior consent of the student.

1. Students must exercise judgment in the number of hours of employment they work during the program as their education may be jeopardized by excessive hours of employment.
2. Work schedules must not conflict with the program curriculum or clinical education.
3. Students cannot receive monetary compensation for work done in the Ultrasound Department during their assigned clinical education.

Yes. Employees may elect Supplemental Group Term Life insurance for themselves of one to five times their annual salary to a maximum of $1 million. Also, employees may elect Supplemental Group Term Life insurance for their legally married spouse/eligible domestic partner in increments of $10,000, up to a maximum of $250,000, but not to exceed 100 percent of the amount of additional life the employee could elect. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the spouse/domestic partner is also an employee of ¹ú²úÂ×Àí, they
